COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment – Rally One Dance

Even though QVSS has done an outstanding job keeping COVID-19 out of our programs and services, we have little control over the community events.  While participating in events held or sponsored by Quinte Vitality and Social Supports, participants are encouraged to remember that COVID-19 is highly contagious and is spread mainly through person-to-person contact.  QVSS cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others attending the Rally One Dances will not become infected with COVID-19.  Although it is your choice, the best prevention is to wear a mask, wash your hands often and social distancing.  And remember, do not come to the dance if you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 or have flu-like symptoms.

Risks associated with Rally 1. The health risks associated with the Rally One dances include but are not limited to transient dizziness, lightheaded, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death.  If you experience any of these or other symptoms during the Activity, it is advised that you discontinue your participation immediately.
